PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nutritional composition that causes neither separation nor flocculation aggregation agglomeration even by sterilization under pressure by heating, has proper hardness of gel, does not substantially separate water and is useful for a gastric fistula patient.SOLUTION: The gelling agent for a nutritional composition for a gastric fistula patient comprises enzymatically hydrolyzed guar gum and agar and/or gellan gum.
