To provide a semi-solid enteral nutrient suitable for gastric fistula patients, and a gastric fistula patient semi-solid agent simply preparable of the enteral nutrient, more specifically to provide an enteral nutrient having reduced adhesion to the inner wall of a tube and, additionally, appropriate shape retention after passing through the tube and furthermore to provide an enteral nutrient which inhibits the occurrence of syneresis ON long-term storage.

SOLUTION: The semi-solid enteral nutrient containing agar and an LM pectin is used as a semi-solid agent for the gastric fistula patient enteral nutrient.
