Orthopaedic device for correcting deformities of a long bone, comprising a longitudinal bar (12), extended along an axis (Y-Y), at least a first clamp and a second clamp (118), wherein the first clamp (14) is placed on a support base and angularly movable in relation to the support base around a given rotation axis (X-X), wherein the first clamp (14) comprises a first upper jaw (37) and a first lower jaw (38) closed between themselves by means of first locking screws, a second screw (52) for blocking an angular movement of said first clamp (14) around the given rotation axis (X-X), said first locking screws (40, 41) being independent from said second screw (52),characterised in that the second clamp (118) is translatable in relation to the longitudinal bar (12), transversally in relation to the axis (Y-Y) of the longitudinal bar (12), with a reciprocating movement when approaching and moving away from the bone (11).
