PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume application agent capable of maintaining strong perfume for a long period, and an aromatic agent including the same.SOLUTION: There are provided [1] a perfume application agent obtained by carrying a silicate ester composition including silicate ester having an alkoxy group obtained by excluding a hydrogen atom from a hydroxy group of an aromatic alcohol by a porous particle whose specific surface is 1-1000 m/g and whose mean pore diameter is 0.4-100nm, and [2] an aromatic agent including the perfume application agent.
