PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to visually recognize a monitor provided in the vicinity of an X-ray generator of an X-ray imaging apparatus for effective utilization of the monitor.SOLUTION: A holding part for a monitor 17 disposed on a collimator in an X-ray generation part of a mobile X-ray imaging apparatus is configured using an adjustable mechanism to allow that the orientation of the screen of the monitor can be adjusted. During X-ray imaging, the screen of the monitor is held in a position to allow the screen to be oriented horizontally or downwardly from the horizontal direction so that an operator can adjust the screen to an angle at which setting of imaging can be done safely.
