PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle dental mixer such that a mixing chip can be easily and securely locked and fixed to a syringe body, and also easily detached.SOLUTION: The dental mixer comprises: a syringe body 1 which has two syringes 1a, 1a fixed to a holder 1b in parallel a mixing chip 2 and a sleeve 3 fitted slidably around the syringes 1a, 1b. The mixing chip 2 comprises: a housing 2a in which a mixing element is mounted a paste guide member 2b which guides dental paste into the housing 2a from in the respective syringes 1a, 1b leaf spring type lock members 2c, 2c which have, on their tip sides, claw parts 2ca, 2ca to be locked elastically to lock grooves 1c, 1c between the syringes 1a, 1a respectively.
