SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic is obtained by mutually dissolving (A) 1-20 mass% of a highly polymerized silicone selected from dimethicone and dimethiconol and has a number-average polymerization degree of 1,000-20,000 and (B) 73-95 mass% of a volatile oily component and (C) 0.005-10 mass% of a modified silicone selected from a poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) - modified silicone, a polyether-modified silicone and an amino-modified silicone and an aminopolyether-modified silicone and has a water content of &le 5 mass%.
