PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can be operated with one hand, that enables a person to get up alone without assistance or to get on and off a wheelchair, and that also has a low price, for a person bedridden, having difficulty in moving alone from a bed, or needing constant care and for a person suffering from incontinence and urine leakage because of inability of promptly getting up in the case of midnight urination and defecation.SOLUTION: For a patient or an invalid having physical disability, a half body paralysis, hemiplegia, or bedridden state or inability of moving alone due to lost lower limbs, etc., a system was invented which, by remote control with only one hand, enables movement from a supine posture to a sitting posture making legs touching the floor from a bed X, or from a supine posture to ride into a wheelchair W, and a step from off a wheelchair W to a supine posture, fully automatically without assistance, by operation environment of only air injection and discharge.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝たきりや、ベッドからの単独移動が困難であり、四六時中の介護を要する人も多い。また、深夜の排尿や排便などの際に即座に起き上がれないために、失禁や尿漏れなどに悩まされている方もよく耳にします。こんな方たちには片手で操作ができ、誰の補助もなく、単独で起き上がったり、車椅子の乗降が可能となり、さらに低価格のシステムが期待されます。【解決手段】肢体不自由や片麻痺、半身麻痺、下肢欠損などで寝たきり状態や単独移動が不可能な患者さんや障害者に対して、片手のみでのリモコン操作により、仰向け姿勢から、ベッドXから床に足がつく座位姿勢まで移動、もしくは、仰向け姿勢から車椅子Wへの乗り込み、および車椅子Wを降りて仰向け姿勢までの行程を、空気の注入・排出のみの動作環境により、誰の補助も要せず、全自動にて行えるシステムを発明しました。【選択図】図5
