The present invention provides a composition for an iontophoresis procedure, using a kalanchoe extract. The composition of the present invention comprises a kalanchoe extract in ascorbic acid and, more specifically, comprises: ascorbic acid of 20.00-62.70 wt%, magnesium ascorbylphosphate of 0.10 -15.00 wt%, arbutin of 5.00 wt%, a kalanchoe extract of 0.10-10.00 wt%, niacinamide of 5.00-40.00 wt%, α-bisabolol of 0.05-0.01 wt%, and sodium citrate of 27.00-9.99 wt%.
