According to one embodiment, a biomolecule measuring device comprises: first and second light sources irradiating light to an examinee； a detector detecting a first light signal and a second light signal irradiated from the first light source and the second light source, respectively； and a processor calculating a scattering coefficient based on the detected first light signal, producing information on blood vessel depth based on the detected second light signal, and compensating the scattering coefficient based on the produced information on blood vessel depth to measure biomolecules. Accordingly, the present invention compensates a calculated scattering coefficient depending on information on blood vessel depth, thereby measuring molecules in a non-invasive and accurate method.일 양상에 따른 생체 성분 측정 장치는 피검체에 광을 조사하는 제1 광원 및 제2 광원, 제1 광원에서 조사된 제1 광 신호 및 제2 광원에서 조사된 제2 광 신호를 검출하는 검출기 및 검출된 제1 광 신호를 기초로 산란 계수를 산출하고, 검출된 제2 광 신호를 기초로 혈관의 깊이 정보를 산출하며, 산출된 혈관의 깊이 정보를 기초로 산란 계수를 보정하여 생체 성분을 측정하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
