PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle and an assembly of a medical needle by which it can be determined more correctly whether or not a puncture needle is introduced into a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A medical needle comprises: a needle tube section having a lumen a puncture part which is provided on a tip end part of the needle tube section and has an inclined surface which obliquely crosses a shaft center of the needle tube section and a light guide member 130 provided in the lumen of the needle tube section, guides the light emitted from the light source, collects a reflectance of the light and guides the same to a detection device. The puncture part comprises: a pair of inclined blade surfaces formed sandwiching a center plane which passes a shaft center of the needle tube part in the inclined surface and an exposure hole 125 protruding toward the needle tube section from a base end side of the inclined surface, and formed so as to sandwich the center surface. The light guide member comprises: a light guide member inclined surface 171 which obliquely crosses the shaft center of the light guide member on a tip end part of the light guide member and a light guide member plane 172 which faces the light guide member inclined surface, and which has a small draft to the plane passing a shaft center AX2 of the light guide member, the light guide member plane is arranged on a position overlapping to the exposure hole in an axial direction and a peripheral direction of the needle tube section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺針が血管に導入されたか否かをより正確に判断できる医療用針および医療用針の組立体を提供することである。【解決手段】医療用針は、内腔を備える針管部と、針管部の先端部に位置し、針管部の軸心を斜めに交差する傾斜面を備える穿刺部と、針管部の内腔に配置され、光源から出射される光を導くとともに、光の反射光を収集して検出装置へ導く導光部材130と、を備え、穿刺部は、傾斜面において針管部の軸心を通過する中心面を挟んで形成された一対の傾斜刃面と、傾斜面の基端側から針管部に向かって突出し、中心面を挟んで形成された露出孔125と、を有し、導光部材は、導光部材の先端部に導光部材の軸心を斜めに交差する導光部材傾斜面171と、導光部材傾斜面と対向し、導光部材の軸心AX2を通る平面に対して勾配が少ない導光部材平面172と、を有し、導光部材平面は、針管部の軸方向及び周方向において露出孔と重なる位置に配置される。【選択図】図3
