PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material for a method of improvement and/or treatment of dysuria without accompanying pain or invasion in the treatment or without side effects of medicines.SOLUTION: It is newly discovered that the laser irradiation is applicable to the improvement and/or treatment of the dysuria such as an abnormal urge to urinate, frequent micturition, incontinence, pains in the bladder-pelvis and detrusor overactivity (especially the disability in urine collection).
