The present invention provides an agent for improving a disease resulting from bladder-urethra dyssynergia and comprises 3-(15-hydroxypentadecyl)-2,4,4-trimethyl-2-cyclohexene-1-on, a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof as an active component.
