The present invention relates to: a composition for preventing, ameliorating, or treating inflammatory diseases, the composition comprising, as active ingredients, lactic acid bacteria-derived extracellular vesicles isolated from culture fluid of lactic acid bacteria and a method for diagnosing atopic dermatitis. It was confirmed via in vitro and in vivo experiments that the lactic acid bacteria-derived extracellular vesicles according to the present invention are significantly more distributed in the urine and blood of a patient with inflammatory diseases than a normal person, and inflammatory response in epithelial cells and inflammatory cells caused by exposure to Staphylococcus or Pseudomonas-derived extracellular vesicles is efficiently inhibited by the lactic acid bacteria-derived extracellular vesicles.
