PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mowing implement which enables the working portion to be offset, facilitates the posture adjustment and the like of a mowing work portion, needs no skill for the works, has a simple structure, and can be produced at a low cost.SOLUTION: The mowing implement is characterized by disposing a mounting portion 2 to be mounted on a tractor, an offset mechanical portion 6 which is provided with rotation base portion in the mounting portion 2 and parallel laterally movable links, a reaping work portion 5 having cutting blades rotated by a power from the tractor and disposed on the moving end side of the offset mechanism portion, and gauge rollers 7 disposed behind the reaping work portion 5 to stabilize a reaping height, and disposing a lowering control means 8 for controlling the lowering position of the mounting portion 2 in the mounting portion 2.
