The body includes an internal space which is for covering the affected part and top and bottom cut-out parts which are connected to the internal space. The elastic string is arranged from the top cut-out part to the bottom cut-out part of the body. The string mounting tool installs the elastic string in the body in order for the elastic string to move along the array line. The control unit comprises housing and a rotary unit in order to tie or untie the elastic string. The affected part support plate is placed on both ends of the cut-out part of the body. The holding tool fixes and connects the support plate to one end of the cut-out part.
