PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintended movement of a plunger rod, and finely adjust a dose of a liquid drug.SOLUTION: A syringe comprises: a barrel 110 whose tip end has a liquid drug outlet and whose rear end has an opening a plunger rod 120 which has a gasket part provided on a tip end side and come into slide contact with an inner peripheral face of the barrel 110, and a shaft part 121 connected to the gasket part and a screwing member 130 attached to the barrel 110 so as to be adjacent to the rear end of the barrel 110, and screwed to the shaft part 121 of the plunger rod 120.
