The present invention relates to a kit for producing radioactive medicine and a production method thereof. The present invention provides vial and isotope solution vial which are produced in a kit form and contains active ingredients essential for manufacturing radioactive medicine, and thus can contribute to facilitate registration of the radioactive medicine by acquiring user convenience, standardization in manufacturing, homogenization in quality, easiness in acquisition of license, suitability for good manufacturing practice (GMP) standardization. In addition, the present invention ensures standardization of manufacturing and quality control, thereby providing easiness in labeling radioactive isotope and attaining equivalence in quality.
