PURPOSE: An orthopedic appliance for pectus excavatum is provided to perform accurate orthopedic treatment for pectus excavatum, by preventing movement and rotation of an orthopedic support bar during a long orthopedic treatment period. CONSTITUTION: An orthopedic appliance for pectus excavatum includes an orthopedic support bar(110), an assistant support bar(140) and a fixing part(120). The orthopedic support bar is inserted into a dented intrasternal in order to correct sternalgia malformation. The assistant support bar is inserted into a parasternal and is parallel with the orthopedic support bar. The fixing part is prepared in the connection area of the orthopedic support bar and the assistant support bar and fixes the orthopedic support bar as to the assistant support bar.본 발명은 흉골 교정기기에 관한 것으로, 흉골 교정기기는, 흉골 기형을 교정하기 위하여 함몰된 흉골 내측에 삽입되는 교정지지바아 흉골 외측에 삽입되어 교정지지바아와 나란하게 마련되는 보조지지바아 및 교정지지바아와 보조지지바아의 연결 영역에 마련되어 보조지지바아에 대해 교정지지바아를 고정하는 고정부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 함몰된 흉골 내부로 삽입되는 교정지지바아를 흉골 외측에 삽입되는 보조지지바아를 통해 고정시켜 장기간의 교정 기간동안 교정지지바아의 이동 및 회전을 저지할 수 있어 정확한 흉골 교정을 수행할 수 있다.
