The present invention relates to bacterial-derived vesicles of the genus Lactobacillus and uses thereof, and the present inventors have significantly reduced the vesicles in samples of gastric cancer, renal failure, dementia, and stroke compared to normal persons, and the vesicles are caused by pathogenic vesicles. It has been experimentally confirmed that inhibition of the inflammatory mediator secretion, the bacterial-derived vesicles of the genus Lactobacillus according to the present invention are inflammation accompanied by immune function abnormalities, including methods for diagnosing gastric cancer, renal failure, dementia, or stroke, and the disease, etc. It may be usefully used for the purpose of developing a composition for preventing, improving or treating diseases.본 발명은 락토바실러스 속 세균 유래 소포 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명자들은 정상인에 비하여 위암, 신부전, 치매, 및 뇌졸중 환자의 샘플에 상기 소포가 유의하게 감소되어 있고, 상기 소포는 병원성 소포에 의한 염증매개체 분비를 억제함을 실험적으로 확인하였는바, 본 발명에 따른 락토바실러스 속 세균 유래 소포는 위암, 신부전, 치매, 또는 뇌졸중의 진단방법, 및 상기 질환 등을 포함하는 면역기능 이상을 동반하는 염증질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
