PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical observation system capable of automatically performing a treatment for the convenience in editing a moving image of a surgical operation in the photographing during the surgical operation.SOLUTION: A medical observation system includes an imaging part for taking an enlarged image of a minute portion of an observation object and generating image data of a moving image, an input part for receiving the input of an operation instruction for the imaging part, and a metadata addition part for adding chapter information indicating a timing of receiving the input of the operation instruction as metadata corresponding to the image data when the operation instruction received by the input part satisfies a predetermined condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
