PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle in which, unexpected re-projection of a needle tip can be prevented, and disposal can be safely performed after use.SOLUTION: A medical needle 100 comprises: a base part 20 having a needle hole 22 a needle body 10 having an acute needle tip 11 a connection mechanism 50 for connecting the needle body 10 to the base part 20, so that the needle body can be pulled up and a lid part 60 for closing the needle hole 22. In the medical needle 100 in an initial state, the needle tip 11 of the needle body 10 projects from the needle hole 22.
