The present invention relates to a hybrid type bone treatment unit. According to the present invention, the hybrid type bone treatment unit comprises: an IM rod unit arranged in a medullary canal which is the central part of bone, formed lengthily in a bone-formed direction, and having a rigid part reinforcing the strength of damaged bone by being bound with the bone, and a flexible part formed to have greater flexural deformation and stability than the rigid part in order to suppress damage by contact when being in contact with the inside of the bone； and a plate unit bound with the outside of the bone in a state of being arranged in the outside of the bone, and connected to the IM rod unit in order to suppress the IM rod unit from being inserted into the medullary canal while damaging joint parts or human body tissues arranged around the joint parts. The hybrid type bone treatment unit is provided to suppress damage in a joint or tissues around the joint when treating fractured bone, and minimize the damage or crack of the bone.본 발명은 하이브리드 타입 뼈 치료 유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 하이브리드 타입 뼈 치료 유닛은, 뼈의 중심부인 골수강 내에 배치되고, 상기 뼈가 형성된 방향을 따라 길게 형성되며, 상기 뼈에 결속됨으로써 손상된 뼈의 강도를 보강시켜 주는 강성부와, 상기 뼈의 내면과의 접촉시 그 접촉에 의한 손상을 억제시킬 수 있도록, 상기 강성부보다 휨 변형 및 복원성이 더 크게 형성되는 연성부를 구비하는 IM 로드부； 및 상기 IM 로드부가 관절 부분 또는 그 관절 주변에 마련된 인체 조직을 손상시키면서 상기 골수강 내 삽입되는 것을 억제시킬 수 있도록, 상기 뼈의 외측에 배치된 상태로 그 뼈의 외면에 결속되고, 상기 IM 로드부에 연결되는 플레이트부；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
