FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods for making hybrid hip joint endoprostheses. Method includes: computer-tomographic examination of patient; creation on the basis of volumetric parameters of the cotyloid defect of the computer model of the hip joint spacer, one side of which coincides with the relief of the cotyloid bottom, and the second one is made in the form of a hemisphere; making, on 3D printer, a spacer shape with an opening in the housing; intraoperative assembly of the mould and pouring through a hole in its body of bone cement with an antibiotic, after solidification of which the form is separated, obtaining an anatomically matching spacer with a defect of the cotyloid cavity. At the step of setting the level of cut-off for the array of tomographic data, increasing the lower boundary and reducing the upper boundary of the range of values of the Hounsfield scale by 100 ± 30 from determined initially. A bone defect is reconstructed using volumetric parameters of the most suitable "virtual donor" pelvis. Topological optimization of the implant is performed. Formed on the inner surface of its shape is 10–300 spherical elevations with height of 1–5 mm. On 3D printer, a form for a bone-substituting acetabular component of a hybrid endoprosthesis is made, which consists of three parts.
