The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing coated seeds and the coated seeds manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing coated seeds comprises a step for forming a coating layer by mixing a binder, an auxiliary binder, and inorganic powder with seeds. The binder comprises liquid silicic acid, chitosan, humic acid, molybdenum, sodium alginate, and water, and the auxiliary binder contains more than one among plaster powder, starch powder, and wheat flour, and the organic powder comprises zeolite, bentonite, barley stone, langbenite, and biotite. The binder is manufactured by comprising a step for firstly aging after making a humic acid solution by mixing humic acid powder and water and then heating； a step for making a mixed solution by secondarily aging after mixing liquid chitosan with the aged humic acid solution； and a step for mixing liquid silicic acid, molybdenum, and sodium alginate with the mixed solution.본 발명은 코팅종자 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 코팅종자에 관한 것이다. 상기 코팅종자 제조방법은 종자에 점결제, 보조점결제 및 무기분말을 혼합하여 종자 표면에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계；를 포함하며, 상기 점결제는 액상 규산, 키토산, 부식산, 몰리브덴, 알긴산소다 및 물을 포함하고, 상기 보조 점결제는 석고가루와, 전분가루 및 밀가루 중에서 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 무기분말은 비석, 벤토나이트, 맥반석, 랑베이나이트(Langbeinite) 및 흑운모를 포함하며, 상기 점결제는 부식산 분말 및 물을 혼합한 후 가온시켜 부식산 용액을 제조한 후 1차 숙성하는 단계； 상기 숙성된 부식산 용액에 액상 키토산을 혼합한 후 2차 숙성시켜 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계； 및 상기 혼합 용액에 액상 규산, 몰리브덴 및 알긴산소다를 혼합하는 단계；를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
