The present invention discloses a method of extracting guava leaf polyphenol, which comprises: adding guava leaf into 8.6-15.4 times of water relative to the weight of the guava leaf and performing ultrasonic extraction at an extraction temperature of 43.2-76.8 DEG C for an extraction time of at least 33 minutes so as to obtain an extract solution. By using the method of extracting guava leaf polyphenol of the present invention, it is able to obtain extract with highly functional ingredients from the guava leaf within the shortest period of time, thereby achieving the effects of manufacturing cost reduction, energy saving and carbon reduction, and functional ingredients enhancement in the extract.本發明所揭萃取番石榴葉多酚之方法,其係將番石榴葉加入重量為番石榴葉重量8.6~15.4倍之水中,於萃取溫度43.2~76.8℃下,以超音波進行萃取,萃取時間至少為3.3分鐘,而後取得一萃取液。藉由本發明所揭萃取番石榴葉多酚之方法係能於最短時間內自番石榴葉中獲得含有高機能性成份之萃取物,用以達到降低製造成本、節能減碳、提昇萃取物內機能性成份之含量等功效。
