Mill comprises receiving funnel (1), horizontal rotating shaft (2), grinding chamber (4) in which hammers (10) loosely attached to rotating shaft (2) are located, and an air pipe with discharge turbine (3). Rotating shaft (2) is hollow and forms an air duct, which through the holes in the walls is brought into the cavity of grinding chamber (4). Cavity is communicated through the window (14) in the rear wall with calibration chamber (5), along which rotating shaft (2) passes. Receiving funnel (1) is connected to the axial part of grinding chamber (4) inside the primary processing unit.
