The present invention relates to immunoglobulins that bind ADAMTS5 and more in particular to polypeptides, that comprise or essentially consist of one or more such immunoglobulins(also referred to herein as“immunoglobulin(s) of the invention”, and“polypeptides of the invention”, respectively).
