PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measurement device, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and an ultrasonic measurement sheet that are capable of automatic setting of appropriate parameters according to a target object.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device 100 includes: a transmission unit 110 that performs processing for transmitting an ultrasonic wave a receiving unit 120 that performs processing for receiving an ultrasonic echo and a processing unit 130 that executes processing for controlling ultrasonic measurement. The transmission unit 110 performs processing for transmitting an ultrasonic wave to an object through an ultrasonic measurement sheet 200, and the receiving unit 120 performs processing for receiving the ultrasonic echo from the ultrasonic measurement sheet 200 and outputs the received signal to the processing part 130.
