PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas preparation for achieving a gas inhalation therapy as a safer method for diseases accompanying a feeling of dyspnea such as pulmonary hypertension to mitigate the pulmonary hypertension and the feeling of dyspnea of a patient.SOLUTION: The gas preparation is used in the gas inhalation therapy for treating diseases accompanying the pulmonary hypertension and the feeling of dyspnea of a patient 104 through a nasal cannula 103, and the gas preparation includes carbon monoxide having low concentration of equal to or more than 20 ppm and less than 300 ppm, for example, from a bomb 102 for carbon monoxide and nitrogen.
