PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTO control device of a work vehicle that can perform safe work travelling by a control system operated on the premise that an operator is seated on a drivers seat, and, furthermore, enables securing of safety when the operator is not seated, and a stable stationary operation of a PTO device by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A PTO control device of a work vehicle executes operation control for a PTO clutch 3a provided to a PTO device 3, and a travelling system clutch (11), and can execute stop control for an engine (2) when the time the operator is not seated on a drivers seat for a predetermined time by a seating sensor (5a) provided to the drivers seat (5).
