PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lift beds, including a lift bed with tilt function having horizontal state and tilting state, with a compact and simple driving mechanism, and a simple lift bed having no tilt function, which can be manufactured with common components partially, thereby reducing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: When a lift bed with a tilting function is located in the highest floor position, only a piston 54 of a lift actuator 52 on the foot side is retreated. When a link 62 is turned about a turning shaft 47 counterclockwise, the link 62 is lowered, and only a part on the foot side of a bed frame 40 is lowered. Consequently, the bed frame 40 is tilted. When an interlocking rod 57 is arranged instead of the lift actuator 52 and an oscillating link 63, a simple lift bed can be manufactured at a low cost by using the other common components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】水平状態と傾斜状態の双方の態様を有し、小型及び簡素な駆動機構をもつ傾斜機能付き昇降ベッドと、このような傾斜機能を有しない単純昇降ベッドとを、製造の途中までの部品の共通化を可能として、いずれのタイプの昇降ベッドを製造する場合も、その製造コストの低減を図ることができる昇降ベッドを提供する。【解決手段】傾斜機能付き昇降ベッドとしては、ベッドが最高床高位置にある場合は、足側の昇降アクチュエータ５２のピストン５４のみを退入させ、リンク６２を回動軸４７を中心として、反時計方向に回動させると、リンク６２は下降し、ベッドフレーム４０の足側の部分のみが下降して、ベッドフレーム４０は傾斜する。一方、昇降アクチュエータ５２及び揺動リンク６３の代わりに、連動桿５７を設置することにより、その他の部品は共通化して、単純昇降ベッドを低コストで製造することができる。【選択図】図１
