PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there is a phenomenon of liquid jetting from a coupling plug 9 or a coupling plug 15 on the opposite side to the connection side when connecting a coupling socket part having a coupling socket 1 fitted to one of the coupling plug 9 and coupling plug 15, to a coupling plug part to which the coupling plug 9 and the coupling plug 15 are connected.SOLUTION: This coupling device includes an air vent passage of channel shape provided in an inserting/extracting direction at one or more fitting surfaces of the coupling socket 1, coupling plug 9 and coupling plug 15, and the ratio of a cross-sectional area of the air vent passage of channel shape in the fitted state of the coupling plug 9 or the coupling plug 15 and the coupling socket 1, to a cross-sectional area in the inserting/extracting direction of a plug body 10 or a plug body 16 is set to 0.5-15%. The jet quantity of liquid from the coupling plug part can thereby be suppressed, and airtightness can be secured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 カプリングプラグ9及びカプリングプラグ15を接続したカプリングプラグ部に、前述カプリングプラグ9又はカプリングプラグ15の何れかに嵌合するカプリングソケット1を有するカプリングソケット部を接続する時に、接続側とは反対側のカプリングプラグ9又はカプリングプラグ15から液が噴出する現象があった。【解決手段】 前述のカプリング装置において、カプリングソケット1、カプリングプラグ9及びカプリングプラグ15の何れか1つ又は2つ以上の嵌合面に、抜き差し方向に溝形状の空気抜き通路を設け、プラグ本体10もしくはプラグ本体16の抜き差し方向の断面積に対する、カプリングプラグ9又はカプリングプラグ15とカプリングソケット1を嵌合した状態における溝形状の空気抜き通路の断面積の比率を0.5%~15%とした。これにより、前述のカプリングプラグ部よりの液の噴出量を抑えるとともに気密性も確保できる。【選択図】図3
