PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a mist atomizer for atomizing ozone mist by an ultrasonic atomizer from ozone water generated by dissolving the ozone gas generated by an ozone generator into water as fine bubbles, wherein a decomposing means should be arranged for decomposing undissolved an ozone gas, resulting in complication of a structure.SOLUTION: A fine mist generated in an electrostatic atomizer 214 is the mist having a nano-size particle size and containing a radical and ozone. The fine mist does not instantaneously kill out mold, neither bacillus nor virus, but decomposes the protein on the surface of the mold, bacillus, and virus to promote the inactivation thereof. By this arrangement, microorganisms such as molds, bacteria, yeasts and viruses adhering to the inside of a storage compartment or a vegetable surface are reduced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】オゾン発生体で生成したオゾンガスを細かい泡にして水に溶解させ生成したオゾン水を超音波霧化器にてオゾンミストを噴霧するミスト噴霧装置は、溶解しきれなかったオゾンガスを分解する分解手段を設けなければならず、構造が複雑になるという課題を有していた。【解決手段】静電霧化装置214にて発生した微細ミストはナノサイズの粒子径でラジカルおよびオゾンを含んだミストを発生し、カビや細菌やウイルスを瞬時に死滅させるのではなく、カビや細菌やウイルスの表面のタンパク質を分解し、不活性化を促進することで、庫内や野菜表面に付着したカビや細菌酵母およびウイルス等の微生物を減少させる。【選択図】図4
