The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a progesterone induced blocking factor (PIBF) protein as an active ingredient for prevention or treatment of inflammatory disease. In the present invention, menopausal asthma animal models have been experimentally identified to decrease airway inflammation when treated with PIBF protein. Thus, the composition can be advantageously used in menopausal female asthma patients.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une protéine de facteur de blocage induit par la progestérone (PIBF) en tant que principe actif pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie inflammatoire. Dans la présente invention, des modèles animaux de l'asthme ménopausique ont été identifiés expérimentalement pour réduire l'inflammation des voies respiratoires lorsqu'ils sont traités avec la protéine PIBF. Ainsi, la composition peut être avantageusement utilisée chez des patientes ménopausées souffrant d'asthme.본 발명은 PIBF (progesterone induced blocking factor) 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 폐경 후 천식 동물 모델에, PIBF 단백질을 처리하여 기도 염증 감소를 실험적으로 확인하였는 바, 폐경 후 여성 천식 환자들에게 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
