The invention relates to an immunostimulatory combination for the prophylactics andtreatment of hepatitis C. The inventive combination is characterised in thatit comprises: a TLR3 agonist, a CD40 agonist and protein NS3 of the hepatitis Cvirus. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising theaforementioned immunostimulatory combination, to the use of said pharmaceutical compositionsand to a kit comprising same. The invention further relates to a method of producingan immune response to the hepatitis C virus and to a vaccine against said virus.
