PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sink-and-float type rotary culture crawl capable of improving profitability, simplifying maintenance of a crawl net until the end of a rearing period, and protecting farmed fish against an impact of adverse weather and a risk of death from a lack of oxygen during an outbreak of red tide.SOLUTION: A sink-and-float type rotary culture crawl includes: a cylindrical crawl including a cylindrical crawl skeleton frame having a skeleton that serves as a frame of the cylindrical crawl and a net attached to the outer circumference of the cylindrical crawl skeleton frame a frame body having a rectangular frame in which the cylindrical craw is rotatably accommodated a torque imparting mechanism for imparting torque to the cylindrical crawl in the frame body and a buoyancy imparting member for imparting buoyancy when the frame body in which the cylindrical crawl is accommodated is floated on the sea surface.
