The present invention provides a wheelchair with a sanitary management system which can automatically wash a seat. According to the present invention, the wheelchair with a sanitary management system comprises: a seat unit including a lower seat (100) to come in contact with the buttocks of a patient in a seated state, and a backrest seat (200) to come in contact with the back of the patient in a seated state and a plurality of moving wheels (10) coupled to a lower portion of the seat unit. The lower seat (100) and the backrest seat (200) are detachable, include a pollution sensor (110) and a pressure sensor (120) therein, and form an armrest (300) on both sides of the seat unit to support the arms of the patient. The armrest (300) includes: a control unit (310) therein connected to the pollution sensor (110) and the pressure sensor (120) to determine seat pollution and measure a weight and wheelchair use time of the patient a transmitter (320) connected to the control unit (310) to transmit pollution determination, patient weight, and use time data to the outside and a battery (330) to supply power to the control unit (310) and the transmitter (320).본 발명에 따른 위생관리 시스템을 구비한 휠체어는, 착좌상태의 환자의 둔부와 접하는 하부 시트(100) 착좌상태의 환자의 등과 접하는 등받이 시트(200)를 구비한 시트부와, 상기 시트부의 하부와 결합되는 다수의 이동 바퀴(10)로 구성되는 휠체어에 있어서, 상기 하부 시트(100) 및 등받이 시트(200)는 탈착 가능하며, 내부에 각각, 오염감지센서(110), 압력감지센서(120)를 구비하고, 상기 시트부의 양측면에 환자의 팔을 거치할 수 있는 팔거치대(300)가 형성되며, 상기 팔거치대(300)는 내부에 상기 오염감지센서(110) 및 압력감지센서(120)와 연결되어 시트 오염판단 및 환자의 몸무게, 휠체어 사용시간을 측정하는 제어부(310) 상기 제어부(310)와 연결되어 오염판단 및 환자 몸무게, 사용시간 데이터를 외부로 송출하는 송출기(320) 상기 제어부(310), 송출기(320)에 전력을 공급하는 배터리(330)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
