The hollow needle device (12) includes a main body (14) having a plurality of hollow acicular bodies (14a) formed on one surface thereof； a main body supporting member (16) having a main body accommodating opening (16a) in which a drop-out prevention mechanism (16b) prevents the main body from dropping out from the one end； an injector supporting member (18) disposed detachably in the main body accommodating opening, including an injection needle attachment protrusion connection hole (18a) to which an injection needle attachment protrusion (10b) is detachably connected liquid tightly, and a liquid-tight structure (20) that establishes liquid tightness between the injector supporting member and an inner surface defining the main body accommodating opening.
