PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade assembly in which, when attaching guide plates holding a pair of shear blades to a housing of a hedge trimmer, fine adjustment of positions of the shear blades in forward/backward direction is made possible even if fitting holes for the shear blades are slightly deviated in forward/backward direction from a position for fitting to eccentric cams by a dimensional tolerance.SOLUTION: In a blade assembly 40, when guide plates 43,44 holding a pair of shear blades 41,42 are attached to a bottom portion of a housing 11 and eccentric cams 33,34 are fitted into each fitting hole 41a,42a, vertically aligned positioning holes 41c,42c,43a,44a are formed in the pair of shear blades 41,42 and the pair of guide plates 43,44, and fine adjustment of positions of the shear blades 41,42 in forward/backward direction is made possible by an operation of a rod-shaped tool T inserted into positioning holes 41c,42c of the pair of shear blades 41,42 through the positioning holes 43a,44a of the pair of guide plates 43,44.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】一対のシャーブレードを保持したガイドプレートをヘッジトリマのハウジングに取り付けるときに、シャーブレードの嵌合孔が寸法公差によって偏心カムに嵌合する位置から前後方向に僅かにずれていても、シャーブレードの前後方向の位置の微調整を可能としたブレードアセンブリを提供する【解決手段】ブレードアセンブリ40は、一対のシャーブレード41,42を保持したガイドプレート43,44をハウジング11の底部に取り付けて偏心カム33,34を各嵌合孔41a,42aに嵌合させたとき、上下に整列する位置決め孔41c,42c,43a,44aを一対のシャーブレード41,42と一対のガイドプレート43,44に形成し、一対のガイドプレート43,44の位置決め孔43a,44aを通して一対のシャーブレード41,42の位置決め孔41c,42cに挿入した棒状工具Tの操作によりシャーブレード41,42の前後方向の位置を微調整可能とした。【選択図】図6
