The sterile seal plug (11) is pre-provided inside a syringe end (21) at a front end of the hypodermic syringe (2). The sterile seal plug (11) is located near an injection opening of the syringe end (21), and a recessed guide channel (110) is provided at the sterile seal plug. A sleeve (120) is provided at a front end of the movable needle shaft (12, 18). The sleeve (120) engages with an outer side of the syringe end (21). A longitudinal bevel (121) is provided at the front end of the movable needle shaft (12, 18), so that the movable needle shaft (12,18) can enter the guide channel (110) and penetrate the sterile seal plug (11) to access a storage space of the hypodermic syringe (2). The thickness of the sterile seal plug (11) is greater than the bevel length of the movable needle shaft (12, 18). Pharmaceutical liquid (31) can be directly provided in the storage space of the hypodermic syringe (2).
