The present invention relates to a strip-shaped food forming machine which is adjacently and sequentially installed with a material-storing device, a material-agitating device, a forming mold, a cleaning tank, a cutting device, a delivering device, a packaging device, and a sterilizing device. When said devices are applied in the procedure of the strip-shaped food, the materials sequentially go through each of said devices to process: material storing, blending with alkaline agent, forming, cleaning, cutting, delivering, vacuum packaging and sterilizing in high-temperature and high-pressure, wherein the material agitating device is used to evenly mix the materials and alkaline agent； the forming mold is used to enhance the tightness of the strip-shaped food after being formed； and the cutting device is used to provide the process of automated cutting the strip-shaped food. The present invention provides an integrated machine innovation to enable executing a consistent automated manufacturing process of the strip-shaped food, thereby reducing manual work and ensuring the product quality and uniformity.本創作係一種條狀食品成形機，其包含依序鄰接設置之儲料裝置、原料攪拌裝置、成形模具、清洗槽、切段裝置、輸送裝置、包裝裝置及殺菌裝置，當其應用於條狀食品的製程中，原料依序經過前述各項裝置進行儲料、與鹼劑混合、成形、清洗、切段、輸送、真空包裝及高溫高壓殺菌作業，其中，原料攪拌裝置可均勻混合原料及鹼劑，成形模具提高成形後的條狀食品之緊實度，切段裝置可提供自動化剪切條狀食品之作業，故本創作藉此整合性的機具創作，使其能夠執行一貫性之自動化條狀食品製造流程，減少人工作業，並能確保產品的品質與均一性。
