PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress clutter components.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a conversion part, a first calculation part, a second calculation part, a reconversion part and a mobile object information computation part. The conversion part converts collected signal streams comprising a plurality of IQ signals at an identical position collected by the multiple courses of ultrasonic wave transmission and reception into a data stream of amplitude components and a data stream of phase components. The first calculation part calculates a data stream of proximate amplitude components obtained by approximating the data stream of the amplitude components with function. The second calculation part calculates a data stream of proximate phase components obtained by approximating the data stream of the phase components with function. The reconversion part generates a converted signal stream obtained by reconverting the data stream of the proximate amplitude components and the data stream of the proximate phase components into the plurality of IQ signals.
