摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Meniscus is divided into three anatomical parts: body, anterior and posterior horn and zones of blood supply: first - vessel-free zone, second - transition zone, third - vascular zone. Expression and spread of degenerative affection of meniscus are divided into the degrees - I, II, II and IV and types - A, B, C. In case if degenerative changes are localised in one anatomical part of meniscus, and depth of affection in it does not go beyond the limits of first zone, I degree type A is classified if degenerative changes are localised in two anatomical parts of meniscus, and depth of affection does not go beyond the limits of first zone - I degree type B if degenerative changes are localised in three anatomical parts of meniscus, and depth of affection does not go beyond the limits of first zone - I degree type C if degenerative changes are localised in one anatomical part of meniscus, and depth of affection in it goes beyond the limits of first zone but does not go beyond the limits of second zone - II degree type A if degenerative changes are localised in two anatomical parts of meniscus, and depth of affection in it goes beyond the limits of first zone but does not go beyond the limits of second zone - II degree type B if degenerative changes are localised in three anatomical parts of meniscus, and depth of affection in it goes beyond the limits of first zone but does not go beyond the limits of second zone - II degree type C if degenerative changes are localised in one anatomical part of meniscus, and depth of affection in it goes beyond the limits of second zone, spreading on third zone - III degree type A if degenerative changes are localised in two anatomical parts of meniscus, and depth of affection in it goes beyond the limits of second zone, spreading on third zone - III degree type B if degenerative changes are localised in three anatomical parts of men
