The present invention relates to a gantry positioning device which minimizes degrees of freedom so as to easily effect a wagging motion of a gantry, and to an image acquisition apparatus using same. The gantry positioning device according to the present invention is a gantry positioning device which connects the gantry and a main body of the image acquisition apparatus which are laid successively in a front-back direction in a cantilevered manner and includes a first connection bracket provided in the gantry, a second connection bracket provided in the main body, and a wagging motion unit provided between the first and second connection brackets which transports the first connection bracket in a left-right direction while drawing an arc so that the gantry undergoes a wagging motion.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de positionnement de portique, qui permet de réduire les degrés de liberté afin de faciliter un mouvement de balancement du portique, et un appareil dacquisition dimage utilisant ce dispositif.
