Disclosed is a behavior analysis apparatus using a function to sense movement patterns and sound patterns, and a behavior analysis system using the same. According to the present invention, the behavior analysis apparatus using the function to sense movement and sound patterns is attached directly to a body part of a user, to clothes, or to accessories to be worn on a body part of the user senses a movement and movement pattern of the user on a real-time basis using one or both of the movement and sound sensing functions and generates a determination information on whether the sensed movement and movement pattern are preset behaviors by analyzing the sensed movement and movement pattern. The behavior analysis apparatus also comprises: one or more communication devices displaying and sharing the determination information thereof and a management server which supports an application program, manages the personal information and option setting information of the user and a guardian, and shares the determination information of the behavior analysis apparatus with one or more of the communication devices.
