PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for a skin or a cosmetic which contains a humus soil extract and a specific dextrin fatty acid ester, more specifically, the external preparation for the skin or the cosmetic which is derived from humus soil extract, as well as from specific dextrin fatty acid ester, and has reduced stickiness, immediate smoothness of the after skin, and the effect of smoothing the skin smoothly even in the long term.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the external preparation for the skin or the cosmetic which contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) a humus soil extract； and (B) an esterified product of dextrin and a fatty acid. The average polymerization degree of glucose of the dextrin is 3 to 150. One or two or more kinds of branched saturated fatty acids having 4 to 26 carbon atoms in the fatty acid is contained in an amount of more than 50 mol% and 100 mol% or less based on the total fatty acid. One or two kinds selected from the group consisting of a linear saturated fatty acid having 2 to 22 carbon atoms, a linear or branched unsaturated fatty acid having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, and a cyclic saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 6 to 30 carbon atoms are contained in an amount of 0 mol% or more and less than 50 mol% based on the total fatty acid. A dextrin fatty acid ester having a substitution degree of fatty acid per glucose unit of 1.0 to 3.0 is contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 本発明は、腐植土抽出物と特定のデキストリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する皮膚外用剤又は化粧料に関し、さらに詳しくは、腐植土抽出物由来、ならびに特定のデキストリン脂肪酸エステル由来のべたつきが軽減され、かつ即時的な後肌のなめらかさが得られ、長期的にも肌をなめらかに整える効果がある皮膚外用剤又は化粧料に関するものである。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）；（Ａ）腐植土抽出物（Ｂ）デキストリンと脂肪酸とのエステル化物であって、デキストリンのグルコースの平均重合度が３～１５０であり、脂肪酸が炭素数４～２６の分岐飽和脂肪酸の１種又は２種以上を全脂肪酸に対して５０ｍｏｌ％より多く１００ｍｏｌ％以下、及び、炭素数２～２２の直鎖飽和脂肪酸、炭素数６～３０の直鎖又は分岐の不飽和脂肪酸及び炭素数６～３０の環状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪酸よりなる群から選ばれる１種又は２種以上を全脂肪酸に対して０ｍｏｌ％以上５０ｍｏｌ％未満を含有し、グルコース単位当たりの脂肪酸の置換度が１．０～３．０であるデキストリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する皮膚外用剤又は化粧料。【選択図】なし
