The present invention relates to an ampoule fetching mechanism, which comprises a base and a fetching module. The base comprises a receiving space formed in a rear side thereof for receiving a plurality of predetermined ampoules therein. An outlet opening for the ampoules to move therethrough is penetratingly formed on bottom of the base in front of the receiving space. A deposition space is formed in the base in the front side of the outlet opening relative to the receiving space. The deposition space of the base receives a power device of the fetching module and a transmission device driven by the power device. The fetching module is provided with a gate device, and the gate device comprises two stop plates that are driven by the transmission device to move vertically in a high-low alternate arrangement. The two stop plates are respectively set at adjacency of the outlet opening and the receiving space and in the receiving space. The two stop plates define therebetween a spacing distance that allows a predetermined ampoule to pass therethrough.
