(A) at least one kind of propylene single polymer. (B) at least one kind of α-olefin copolymer with or without containing propylene, provided that when it contains no propylene, density of the α-olefin copolymer is 0.890 g/cm3 or more. (C) at least one kind carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid anhydride modified polyolefin compound selected from following (C1) and (C2). (C1) a carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid anhydride modified polyolefin copolymer having molecular weight of 10000 g/mol or more and density of 0.890 g/cm3 or more. (C2) carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid anhydride modified polyolefin wax having molecular weight in a range of 100 to 10000 g/mol.
