An emulsifier combination free of ethoxylated emulsifiers and containing less than 20 wt.% water comprising an 8-14C alkyloligoglycoside (a) a polyolpolyhydroxystearate (b) and a 6-22C acyl glutamate (c), is new. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for production of a nanoemulsion by stirring an aqueous phase containing component (c) and optionally further water-soluble components into an oil phase containing emulsifier components (a) and (b) and optionally further oil-soluble components and emulsifying the mixture.
